HR GO shortlisted for Tech Transformation Award

Posted by on

We are delighted to announce that HR GO plc has been nominated for the Tech Transformation Award in the TALiNT International Annual Recruitment Awards (TIARAs).

HR GO is shortlisted alongside six other businesses, with the winners announced on 21st October via a virtual ceremony.

The Access Group Tech Transformation Award recognises the use of technology within a recruitment company which improves candidate experience, client service and employee engagement.

Led by John Parkinson, technical innovation is a big part of the way we work and how we ensure both our candidates and clients receive the best possible service.

This is clearly on display throughout HR GO’s operations. For example, our account management portal makes it simple for clients to view into our internal systems to gain real-time data about billing, time sheets and recruitment activity.

On the back of the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of tech has become even more important in working life. We have been well placed to deal with this, whether that was the move to employees working remotely, or the My Account section on our website allowing us to register and onboard candidates digitally.

The TIARAs are an award ceremony that recognise excellence in the top 6% of UK recruitment companies. It is run by TALiNT International, who deliver critical content for In-House Talent Acquisition, HR and Recruitment Leaders.

The other nominees in the category are Brightwater, CPL, Frank Recruitment Group, MBA, The Hive and Silven Recruitment.
