Cindy Hare, managing director of HR GO Recruitment, said the business was well aware of skills scarcity that might worsen with EU talent in shorter supply. But it was highly experienced in finding people with the appropriate skills in the most challenging of times.

Surveys suggest that the number of EU workers has declined since the referendum two years ago and HR Recruitment is working hard to replace EU talent with skilled UK workers and those from countries outside the EU.

Brexit could be good news for UK workers with skills and talent. Employers are likely to be keen to invest more in training existing staff to take on new roles. HR GO Recruitment has always worked closely with clients and this becomes ever more important in a challenging recruitment market.
